Our friends, the Farnsworths, brought their golden retriever camping with us. Her name is Margo.
Bobby loves her. We may need to consider getting a dog…
I took Ricky out in the mule and let him drive. I grew a few more gray hairs. I may have said “Stay in the middle! Stay in the middle!!!!” a lot. Considering it was his first time driving anything other than our lawnmower, it really wasn’t bad.

Once Ricky was comfortable with the mule, he took the easiest 4-wheeler out for a spin. The trails were more like dirt roads than trails and he drove very conservatively. Maybe a little TOO conservatively, but he was happy. Billy also got to take this 4-wheeler out. He drove a little LESS conservatively. It was fun to see their personality types so apparent in their driving styles!

You have to be careful where you stand when you visit weeping rock because it does rain down on you. Everyone stayed fairly dry … except Billy. I’m not even sure where he was standing to get as wet as he did!
I’m not sure if Billy is coaxing Ricky across or vice versa …

My boys!
This is the group of kids at the sand dunes. While I was sitting nicely watching Bobby dig in the dirt, this group was rolling and jumping and getting sandy from head to toe!
I don’t know. Ricky made something and wanted his picture taken with it? Not my camera, not my story.
Our last evening, a projector was set up and the kids got to watch “Moana” on the side of a trailer. Several of these kids did not make it to the end of the movie! Billy fell so asleep that he didn’t realize the movie had gotten over when we talked to him the next morning. He thought it had been paused and he went to bed.
The boys hit the shower and tub as soon as we got home. This is just some of what was left in the bottom of the tub after Bobby’s bath. The whole bottom looked like this.
So much fun, but oh so dirty!!
