Kevin was diagnosed with Strep Throat in July. It was his second time having it this year. The only person who caught it was Bobby. A baby having strep throat is rare and really, really sad.
Our cherry tree had one cherry on it. We were excited. We didn’t get to eat it though. When we went to pick it, it was gone. Stem and all. The children all pleaded the fifth. We chose to blame a bird.
I did my Camp FitPlay again this summer. It was a lot of fun and my boys especially enjoyed it. I loved having the big backyard to play in and that Kevin was a good sport about me painting circles on our grass!
Billy got his hands on some rope and has been tying the swing set up in all sorts of ways. This picture was from when it was a tight rope. Mostly though it has been a zip line from the top of the swing set to the fence. I did have to say no the day he came in and asked for a hanger … I could just see that one ending badly!
Bobby pulls up on everything!
When we were in St. George, I needed Danish Dessert for one of my recipes. I didn’t think it would be a problem to find it. It took me 4 stores to track down a couple of boxes. This is why I didn’t think it would be so hard. I give you, the shelf at my local store …
Who doesn’t look good with some food between their eyes?
Rusty and Tommy each had to have a cavity filled. I was WAY more anxious about it than they were. I try really hard not to spread my dentist-hate to the boys, but when I saw my little boy looking like this, it was more than I could take! I snapped a picture and left the room…
Kevin took me to see Martina McBride at the outdoor amphitheater at Deer Valley. I love Martina. I love outdoor performances. I love Kevin!
The stairs in our new house give me the heebeegeebees! I can just picture this little man tumbling down, down down. And he is just curious enough to love them! Sigh.
I was getting ready in the bathroom one day with Bobby crawling around my feet. He headed toward my closet and I heard a thump. I did make sure the vacuum wasn’t going to continue to fall on him before I took this picture. He didn’t care. He was just so excited to have found the vacuum cord!
Sometimes we’re weird!
Tooth number 8 has popped through this week. How I love this goofy grin!
