We do nicknames around our house. Kevin is the only one who goes by the name on his birth certificate and even that is rarely heard in the house (Kev, Dear, and Poppy are much more frequent). Ricky especially has been having fun making up names for his brothers and he calls them that repeatedly (see Billa and Rusty Dusty Guy).
