My sister-in-law posted this picture on her blog (among others) to celebrate my brother’s birthday this weekend …
and I showed it to the big boys. First I asked Ricky who was whom. He almost got them all correct, except he mixed up Aunt Suzy and Aunt Nancy at first (not because they look alike, but because he stopped listening at “Where is Aunt …?”) and his first guess was that Uncle Dan was Cousin Skyler.
Then it was Billy’s turn. He got Uncle Tony right on. Then I asked him which one was Uncle Tim, thinking it was another easy one. He immediately pointed to Aunt Suzy. He got it right on the second try. Then I asked him to pick me out and Aunt Nancy and he got them both no problem. Then I asked for Uncle Dan. That finger pointed to Aunt Suzy right away. I told him that she was a girl and he said, “Oh” and then found Dan. I know I shouldn’t laugh, but I’m feeling overly pregnant today and I found it quite funny! (Sorry, Suzy! I’m sure it is just the hair throwing him off!)
