Post-Kindy 500 Play

When Ricky came home the day of his Kindy 500, he was thrilled to show Billy what he’d gotten at school … a driver’s license and a real car key.  Billy couldn’t get enough of that license and key!

He’d climb into Ricky’s car and say, “Gotta wear your seat belts!”

Billy walked around singing, “Gotta key in my pocket!  Gotta key in my pocket!”

When one of the cardboard tires got bent, I was asked by Ricky, “Momma?  Will you fix the car’s flat tire?”

The best though was when Ricky dragged the step stool into the middle of the front room and forced Billy to stand on top of it wearing a hat.  Billy fought his way back down saying, “I don’t WANNA be the Statue of Bibbery!”
