As Kevin was tucking Ricky in bed, Ricky said, “I bet Momma makes the most beautiful beds! I sure love Momma!” (I do have a thing about properly made beds)
Kevin takes Billy’s baseball mitt with him to Ricky’s tee ball games just so he has an extra on hand (oh, bad unintentional pun). Billy got to go with me to watch Ricky’s game tonight and at one point he asked, “Momma, can I go get my mitten from Poppy?”
I had a bag of popcorn at this same tee ball game. The game was at 5:00 and I knew Billy and I would have the munchies (Rusty came too and LOVED the popcorn). Each time Billy asked for more, I thought he was mumbling some random thing and was confused since I can usually understand him. When we stood up at the end of the game, Billy said something when he saw some popcorn on the blanket and I finally understood what he had been saying before. He said, “Ooo, look! More nachos!”
