Silliness and pajama pants

When making mass quantities of pj pants, it is easy to develop a “close enough” attitude.  I made 20-something pairs of lounge shorts for our cruise last November and this happened.  I figured that as long as they weren’t too small the pants would be “close enough” to fitting.  Yeah.  It isn’t a good thing.

Ricky ended up with two pairs because I wasn’t sure which would fit him better.  The smaller pair did – by a long shot.  But tonight when it came time for jammies, the too big pair was what he wore.  Billy saw him and said, “hey!  you wearing Poppy’s jammie pants.”  They almost could be.

And just because I loved this game on my previous post … taking that picture reminded me of the numerous similar ones of my brother Tim …

Billy wanted in on the picture taking action (this pose is Scooby Doo inspired) …

And that picture reminded me of these two pictures of Uncle Tim and Uncle Dan …

Hee hee hee … they still make me laugh.  These pictures are from New Year’s Eve 2000. (Hey, at least I didn’t Facebook them!)

That’s funny. Whenever I post embarrassing pictures on facebook I think to myself, “at least I didn’t post them on my blog.” I thoroughly enjoyed that walk down memory lane.
