Billy woke up at 3 am this morning to use the bathroom and never went back to sleep … he was too excited for his first day of school.
Ricky tried to inform his brother about all the rules and adventures Ms. Cherie would have for him, but Billy just wanted to get his shoes on and go.
After being dragged to the school door and then promptly ditched for some awaiting play dough, I turned to another parent and said, “It would be nice if he acted like he would miss me just a little!” But, alas, no. Billy was ready to get down to business and enjoy his preschool.
