Ricky gave up naps a long time ago. Much earlier than I would have liked.
His class took a field trip to the dinosaur park today. When he came home, I asked him how it was and imagine my surprise when he announced, “I took 2 naps today!” I asked him why and he told me, “Momma! You know how far it is to the dinosaur park!” Uh huh. This from the kid who can stay awake on the entire drive to California? But I guess he really did fall asleep both times on the bus today. Maybe he needs an even earlier bedtime?
