We don’t take a lot of pictures of the boys sleeping. Why would we want to risk waking them up? Especially the baby? But, in a moment of guilt for not having sleeping Tommy pictures, Kevin braved it.
I don’t blame him. Tommy is a cute sleeper! Arms tucked in, bum in the air … and he is not moving and he is still. Tommy is rarely still.
His moments of stillness are even more rare now. Tommy is a walker! A couple of weeks ago he started taking those cautious first steps – total drunken sailor wobbly steps with his arms up in the air for balance. I love watching new walkers!
Tommy thinks he’s a pro now. He’ll still grab onto furniture for balance, but he goes where he pleases and crawling is only in extreme circumstance. He even walked off two steps today! One was only an inch high and he caught his balance … the other was normal step height and he landed on his face. Like I said, he thinks he’s a pro, but that doesn’t make him one! It is a good thing kisses still make everything better!
