Christmas 2016

Christmas was a Sunday and we had 9 am church.  Things were a little rushed that morning!

But we still had time for a Before-Everyone-Comes-Downstairs Picture…

Like I said, it was a little rushed and things didn’t get picked up for a while!

We woke up to snow.  It was just like Christmas should be!  My mom came over and watched the boys open their gifts and then we rush to get ready for church.  It was just an hour because of the holiday and was full of beautiful music (I’m in the choir, so I have to say that) and testimonies about Christ.

We paused for a family picture before heading home and got photo-bombed by our old bishop!

We clean up pretty good!

December had actually been pretty mild, so the lawnmower wasn’t ready to push all this snow!  Kevin had to dig it out to try and get the snow plow put on!

Some of my extended family came over for dinner and a few games.  Drawing games were our favorite that month and especially games where you draw a picture, pass it to the next person who then writes the words of what they see, then pass it to the next person who draws a picture of your words and so on around the circle.  It just causes a lot of laughing as you play and especially at the end when everything is revealed.  Creativity helps.  This was my favorite (wrong) description from Christmas Day!

Once the family was gone and the food put away, it was time for Christmas jammies and favorite present pictures!

The pajamas gave me never ending fits this year!  The sizing was SO SO SO wrong!  I ended up getting the pair I first made for Ricky and they are so big, Kevin and I could share them at the same time!

These are my favorites!
